Michael D. Bayliss, CPA, MST, CFP With a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, emphasis in accounting, from Black Hills State College and a Masters degree in taxation from Golden Gate University, Mr. Bayliss has earned the CFP designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds NASD Series 24, 7 and 66 licenses, is a licensed life and health agent in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association. Mr. Bayliss also serves on the Carson Tahoe Hospital Foundation Investment Committee. Widely recognized for his high standards and long-term vision, Mr. Bayliss has a proven record of helping clients secure their financial path.
Carrie L. McAninch Ms. McAninch received her undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting and Economics from the University of Puget Sound in Washington. She spent two years working in public accounting and the next twelve within the biotechnology industry as a Cost Accountant, Senior Cost Analyst, Senior Production Planner, Manager of Manufacturing Operations and Vice President of Operations. She currently holds Nevada Series 7 and 66 licensure and is a Nevada licensed Real Estate Agent. She is a past board member of the Carson Tahoe Hospital Foundation and is currently an executive board member of ARC Urgent Care.
Duke Kelley, CPA, MAcc, CVA With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, major accounting, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Accountancy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Mr. Kelley has spent the past 9 years serving a wide range of clients. He has also earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Lisa Murguia, CMC With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, certification from the Practice Management Institute as a Certified Medical Coder, and professional development certification from the University of Nevada, Reno in Human Resource Management, Ms. Murguia’s capabilities are drawn from skills advanced through higher education, 15 years of collection experience, 20 years of accounting experience, razor-sharp awareness of industry changes, and state of the art equipment.

Mr. Bayliss specializes in real estate ownership and

accountancy, as well as personal advisement and financial planning. 
Ms. McAninch specializes in representing clients
involved in real estate ownership and development. Her education and

Mr. Kelley offers expert advice to small to medium sized businesses on a

Ms. Robertson specializes in taxation. With a degree
in Economics from the University of California - Davis, Ms. Robertson has
spent the past 20 years helping a wide range of clients

Pouliot specializes in bookkeeping. In this capacity Ms. Pouliot offers
expert advice to clients on a wide range of bookkeeping issues, including
QuickBooks set up, maintenance and training.
